Mục đíchNghiên cứu này có định hướng nghiên cứu liên ngành nhằm cố gắng điều tra một cách toàn diện các tác động của căng thẳng trong nội bộ tổ chức cảnh sát (tức là sự mơ hồ về vai trò, xung đột vai trò, sự hỗ trợ từ cấp trên, sự gắn kết nhóm, và cơ hội thăng tiến) đối với cam kết tổ chức, sau khi kiểm soát các tác động của sự hài lòng với công việc.
