Ghép tế bào gốc huyết học (HSCT) có thể cứu sống. Tuy nhiên, điều này đi kèm với những hậu quả tiêu cực như suy giảm chức năng thể chất, mệt mỏi và chất lượng cuộc sống kém. Mục tiêu của bài đánh giá hệ thống và phân tích tổng hợp này là xác định tác động của các can thiệp luyện tập và dinh dưỡng nhằm khắc phục những hậu quả tiêu cực của điều trị và cải thiện chức năng thể chất ở bệnh nhân nhận HSCT. Bài đánh giá hệ thống và phân tích tổng hợp này đã bao gồm các thử nghiệm ngẫu nhiên có đối chứng từ ba cơ sở dữ liệu điện tử trong khoảng thời gian từ 2009 đến 2020. Các thử nghiệm bao gồm bệnh nhân trưởng thành nhận HSCT và một can thiệp luyện tập hoặc dinh dưỡng. Việc lựa chọn nghiên cứu, đánh giá thiên lệch và trích xuất dữ liệu đã được thực hiện độc lập bởi hai người đánh giá. Các kết quả chức năng thể chất đã được phân tích tổng hợp bằng mô hình ảnh hưởng ngẫu nhiên. Mười ba nghiên cứu đã được đưa vào sử dụng các can thiệp luyện tập (n=11) và can thiệp dinh dưỡng (n=2); không có nghiên cứu nào sử dụng can thiệp kết hợp. Phân tích tổng hợp các thử nghiệm sử dụng can thiệp luyện tập cho thấy tác động có ý nghĩa thống kê đến khoảng cách đi bộ trong 6 phút (khác biệt trung bình chuẩn hóa (SMD) 0,41, 95% CI: 0,14–0,68), sức mạnh chi dưới (SMD 0,37, 95% CI 0,12–0,62) và chất lượng cuộc sống toàn cầu (SMD 0,27, 95% CI: 0,08–0,46). Các kết quả chức năng thể chất của chúng tôi chỉ ra tác động tích cực của các can thiệp luyện tập đối với bệnh nhân receiving HSCT. Sự khác biệt trong các can thiệp luyện tập và sự thiếu vắng các nghiên cứu dinh dưỡng chất lượng cao cần phải có các nghiên cứu mới so sánh các loại nghiên cứu luyện tập khác nhau và các nghiên cứu chất lượng cao về dinh dưỡng ở bệnh nhân mắc HSCT.
