Ảnh hưởng của tám loại thuốc diệt cỏ phổ biến đến hoạt động săn mồi của loài nhện agrobiont Pardosa agrestis

Tác động của tám loại thuốc diệt cỏ trong các giai đoạn tồn dư khác nhau lên hoạt động săn mồi của một tác nhân kiểm soát sinh học tiềm năng, nhện sói Pardosa agrestis, đã được nghiên cứu trong phòng thí nghiệm. Chúng tôi phát hiện rằng các tồn dư ẩm tươi của tất cả các loại thuốc diệt cỏ được thử nghiệm đều có ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến hoạt động săn mồi tổng thể và tích lũy của loài này. Hơn nữa, việc xử lý bằng các tồn dư 48 giờ của thuốc diệt cỏ glufosinate ammonium Basta đã làm tăng đáng kể hoạt động săn mồi của P. agrestis, có thể do hiện tượng hormesis. Những kết quả này cho thấy rằng khả năng kiểm soát dịch hại tự nhiên của nhện agrobiont P. agrestis có thể bị suy yếu bởi việc áp dụng các loại thuốc diệt cỏ đã được nghiên cứu. Dựa trên những kết quả của chúng tôi, chúng tôi đề xuất rằng các tác động dưới ngưỡng gây chết đến các sinh vật có lợi nên được xem xét trong việc lập kế hoạch quản lý cỏ dại của các hệ sinh thái nông nghiệp và không nên bị bỏ qua trong quy trình đăng ký thuốc diệt cỏ.
