The development of conical-beam-based schemes for laser power delivery application

Tóm tắt

Some optical schemes for the production of conical beams with high cone angle and a quasiuniform axial distribution of the intensity are developed. The maximum absorption of the TH-polarization mode by the metallic particles is fixed. The influence of polarization state of conical beam on laser power absorption by the powder stream has been investigated. The experimental results of microparticles heating and evaporation by the conical beam are given.
