Mối liên hệ giữa chức năng tình dục và hình ảnh cơ thể ở phụ nữ sau mãn kinh: một nghiên cứu cắt ngang

Tóm tắt Nền tảng Các thay đổi sinh lý sau mãn kinh có thể làm thay đổi hình ảnh cơ thể (HCC) trong giai đoạn sau mãn kinh của cuộc đời. Sự không hài lòng với hình ảnh cơ thể có thể có những tác động tiêu cực đến chức năng tình dục của phụ nữ. Nghiên cứu hiện tại nhằm đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa hình ảnh cơ thể và chức năng tình dục trong giai đoạn sau mãn kinh. Phương pháp Nghiên cứu cắt ngang này được thực hiện trên 231 phụ nữ sau mãn kinh, đã trải qua mãn kinh trong 5 năm gần đây, từ 40 tuổi trở lên, và đang tham khảo ý kiến tại các trung tâm y tế ở Tehran-Iran. Các đối tượng được tuyển chọn thông qua phương pháp lấy mẫu nhiều giai đoạn. Dữ liệu được thu thập thông qua 3 bảng hỏi gồm bảng hỏi về xã hội-dân số, Hình ảnh cơ thể của Fisher và chỉ số chức năng tình dục nữ (FSFI). Dữ liệu được phân tích sử dụng SPSS 24 và các phương pháp hồi quy đa biến, Mann–Whitney, và các kiểm định tương quan Pearson và Spearman. Kết quả Hai trăm ba mươi một phụ nữ sau mãn kinh đã tham gia nghiên cứu với độ tuổi trung bình là 52.53 ± 5.32 (trung bình ± SD) năm. Giá trị trung bình và độ lệch chuẩn của FSFI và HCC của phụ nữ lần lượt là 19.59 ± 11.11 (phạm vi 1.2–36) và 155.43 ± 37.09 (phạm vi từ 46 đến 230). Theo FSFI, 62.8% được báo cáo gặp rối loạn tình dục nữ (FSD). Có sự tương quan đáng kể giữa các điểm số tổng thể và tất cả các lĩnh vực của FSFI với các điểm số tổng thể và tất cả các khía cạnh của HCC. Cũng có một mối tương quan dương giữa trình độ học vấn và thu nhập gia đình của phụ nữ và một mối tương quan âm giữa độ tuổi của chồng và thời gian mãn kinh với chức năng tình dục của họ. Các mối quan hệ đáng kể cũng được thể hiện giữa nghề nghiệp của phụ nữ và chồng họ với điểm tổng của chức năng tình dục nữ. Theo mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính đa biến, HCC là một yếu tố tiên đoán có ý nghĩa về chức năng tình dục ở phụ nữ sau mãn kinh. Kết luận Hình ảnh cơ thể có tác động lớn đến chức năng tình dục của phụ nữ sau mãn kinh. Do đó, hình ảnh cơ thể là yếu tố cần được xem xét trong các chương trình nâng cao sức khỏe phụ nữ sau mãn kinh trong tương lai.
