Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là để liên kết các giá trị trong các nhóm huyết áp cơ bản được trình bày trong JNC 7 với các giá trị đã được tính toán của Bộ phân tích huyết động học không xâm lấn (NHA) và để minh chứng cho những biến đổi sinh lý bệnh thông qua ba mô hình tăng huyết áp tỷ lệ. Các giá trị huyết động của mỗi nhóm huyết áp được trình bày trong JNC 7 đã được tổng hợp cho nam giới trong độ tuổi từ 20 đến 50, đặc biệt chú ý đến áp lực xung. Các bệnh nhân lý tưởng đã được sử dụng trong ba nhóm của các mô hình tăng huyết áp tỷ lệ.
