Diễn Biến Lâm Sàng Nghịch Lý Của Những Người Bị Rối Loạn Cờ Bạc Và Rối Loạn Tăng Động/Thiếu Chú Ý Đồng Thời (ADHD)

Sự đồng xuất hiện của rối loạn cờ bạc (GD) và rối loạn tăng động/thiếu chú ý (ADHD) đã được báo cáo rộng rãi. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi nhằm mục đích điều tra bối cảnh xã hội, đặc điểm lâm sàng và diễn biến lâm sàng của nhóm bệnh nhân GD đến khám lần đầu có và không có ADHD tại một bệnh viện tâm thần ở Nhật Bản. Chúng tôi đã tuyển chọn 40 bệnh nhân GD đến khám lần đầu và thu thập thông tin toàn diện thông qua các bảng khảo sát tự báo cáo, phỏng vấn trực tiếp và hồ sơ bệnh án. 27,5% bệnh nhân GD có ADHD đi kèm. So với các bệnh nhân GD không có ADHD, những người có ADHD có tỷ lệ đồng căn cao hơn với rối loạn phổ tự kỷ (ASD), tỷ lệ kết hôn thấp hơn, số năm học tốt nghiệp ít hơn một chút và tỷ lệ việc làm có phần thấp hơn. Mặt khác, các bệnh nhân GD có ADHD cho thấy tỷ lệ giữ lại điều trị cao hơn và tỷ lệ tham gia vào nhóm hỗ trợ lẫn nhau cao hơn. Mặc dù có những đặc điểm bất lợi, bệnh nhân GD có ADHD lại thể hiện diễn biến lâm sàng thuận lợi hơn. Do đó, các bác sĩ lâm sàng cần chú ý đến khả năng đồng căn với ADHD và tiềm năng cho những kết quả lâm sàng tốt hơn ở những bệnh nhân GD có ADHD.
