Tóm tắt Dữ liệu mới đây chứng minh về các quá trình kiến tạo - biến chất của Paleozoic muộn tại đoạn Tây Transbaikalian trong đới uốn Trung Á đã được thu thập. Việc xác định niên đại zircon (SHRIMP-II) của các đá biến chất cao cho thấy các quá trình này diễn ra vào khoảng 295.3 ± 1.6 triệu năm trước. Dựa trên những dữ liệu này, niên đại Paleozoic muộn của granitoid thuộc pluton khu vực Angara–Vitim (340–280 triệu năm trước) và một số phức hệ dike ở Transbaikalia (300–280 triệu năm trước), cùng với niên đại Paleozoic muộn của một số lớp đá cacbonat-terrigenous được xác định trước đó là Paleozoic sớm, chúng tôi đã làm rõ vai trò quan trọng của kiến tạo Hercynian trong việc củng cố vỏ lục địa khu vực. Chúng tôi cũng đã chỉ ra rằng các sự kiện nội sinh Paleozoic muộn và các quá trình trầm tích đi kèm có liên quan đến các điều kiện địa động lực học do sự thay đổi của các tham số liên quan đến sự lún của bản lề đại dương Mongol-Okhotsk dưới lục địa Siberia. Sự thay đổi trong độ dốc và tốc độ lún của bản lề đã dẫn đến điều kiện A-subduction ở phần xa của bản lề siêu lún, điều này dẫn đến sự hình thành orogen va chạm - tích tụ và pluton khu vực Angara-Vitim.
