This question was originally posed as “How often do you review the Chemical Hygiene plan?” but modified to be open ended to inquire about the CHP as a living document, with the phrase about revision also added. 29CFR1910.1450(e) 4 requires that “the employer shall review and evaluate the effectiveness of the Chemical Hygiene Plan at least annually and update it as necessary.
