Bảng Kiểm Tra Rối Loạn Tâm Lý Tóm Tắt: Tính Độ và Các Đặc Điểm Tâm Lý Ở Thanh Thiếu Niên Bồ Đào Nha

Rối loạn tâm lý là một cấu trúc phức tạp và đa chiều bao gồm các khía cạnh nhận thức, cảm xúc và hành vi. Nghiên cứu về rối loạn tâm lý nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của nó liên quan đến một số rối loạn tâm lý. Tuy nhiên, việc đánh giá rối loạn tâm lý thường gặp khó khăn vì nhiều công cụ hiện có chỉ xem xét một khía cạnh rối loạn cụ thể tại một thời điểm, chủ yếu là rối loạn cảm xúc. Bảng Kiểm Tra Rối Loạn Tâm Lý Tóm Tắt (ADI) đã được phát triển để đánh giá ba khía cạnh của rối loạn tâm lý: cảm xúc, nhận thức và hành vi. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là phân tích cấu trúc yếu tố, độ tin cậy nội bộ và tính hợp lệ liên quan đến các biến bên ngoài của phiên bản Bồ Đào Nha của ADI trên mẫu 511 thanh thiếu niên từ 12 đến 19 tuổi. Giải pháp 3 yếu tố đã được xác nhận và độ tin cậy nội bộ cao được tìm thấy cho ba thang đo phụ. Những phát hiện đặc biệt về thang đo rối loạn nhận thức đã đặt ra các vấn đề được giải quyết trong phần thảo luận. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng rối loạn có mối liên hệ tích cực với hành vi hung hãn và tiêu cực với chất lượng cuộc sống. Độ tuổi và giới tính có ảnh hưởng nhỏ đến điểm số của các thang đo nhận thức và hành vi tương ứng. Các phát hiện gợi ý rằng ADI có thể là một công cụ tự báo cáo hữu ích để đánh giá rối loạn nhận thức, hành vi hoặc cảm xúc ở thanh thiếu niên, trong bối cảnh nghiên cứu và can thiệp tâm lý.
