Liệu pháp tâm lý qua điện thoại cho bệnh nhân trầm cảm trong bệnh cảnh xơ cứng đa nhẫn: Vai trò trung gian của hỗ trợ xã hội

Trầm cảm là phổ biến ở những người mắc bệnh xơ cứng đa nhẫn (MS). Mặc dù liệu pháp tâm lý là một phương pháp điều trị hiệu quả cho trầm cảm, nhưng không phải tất cả mọi người đều được hưởng lợi. Nghiên cứu này đã xem xét xem mức độ hỗ trợ xã hội ban đầu có ảnh hưởng khác nhau đến kết quả điều trị ở 127 người tham gia mắc MS và trầm cảm được phân ngẫu nhiên vào hai nhóm: Liệu pháp hành vi nhận thức qua điện thoại (T-CBT) hoặc Liệu pháp cảm xúc qua điện thoại (T-EFT).
