Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là kiểm tra tác động của một can thiệp dựa trên mô hình tâm lý chia sẻ (SMM) đối với sự tương đồng mô hình tâm lý của nhóm sinh viên và cuối cùng là hiệu suất nhóm trong một khóa học về khí tượng ở cấp đại học. Can thiệp Chia sẻ Kiến thức Nhóm (TKS) được thiết kế nhằm thúc đẩy sự phản ánh nhóm, giao tiếp và lập kế hoạch cải tiến. Kết quả cho thấy can thiệp TKS có tác dụng một phần trong việc nâng cao mô hình tâm lý chia sẻ của nhóm sinh viên và điểm số của nhóm trên các bài tập thí nghiệm khí tượng. Can thiệp TKS có tiềm năng được sử dụng trong các khóa học khoa học có phương pháp làm việc theo nhóm. Các can thiệp tương tự có thể được phát triển, khảo sát thực nghiệm và có thể được sử dụng để thúc đẩy thành công trong việc giải quyết các thách thức phức tạp khi làm việc theo nhóm trong lớp học và xa hơn nữa.
