Tóm tắt Thông tin nền Mặc dù các chương trình đào tạo kỹ năng xã hội cho những người mắc tự kỷ chức năng cao (HFA) được thực hành rộng rãi, việc chuẩn hóa chương trình giảng dạy, đánh giá hiệu quả lâm sàng và khảo sát tính khả thi của các thử nghiệm trong tương lai vẫn chưa được thực hiện tại các nước châu Á. Để khắc phục vấn đề này, một thử nghiệm kiểm soát ngẫu nhiên thí điểm (RCT) tại Nhật Bản về đào tạo kỹ năng xã hội theo nhóm dựa trên Chương trình điều trị và giáo dục trẻ em tự kỷ và trẻ em khiếm khuyết giao tiếp liên quan (TEACCH) đã được thực hiện cho trẻ em HFA và các bà mẹ của chúng.
