Trong sự công nhận ngày càng tăng rằng cộng đồng doanh nghiệp phải đóng vai trò then chốt trong các vấn đề toàn cầu được bao hàm bởi Các Mục tiêu Phát triển Bền vững của Liên Hiệp Quốc, Trường Cao đẳng Babson, nơi có chương trình giảng dạy tập trung vào kinh doanh, đã nỗ lực đầu tiên trong việc thay đổi cách dạy về đạo đức và sau đó, đặc biệt trong thập kỷ qua, tăng cường trọng tâm vào tính bền vững, trách nhiệm xã hội và doanh nhân xã hội.
