Di sản vô đạo đức mãnh liệt và hủy diệt của các tập đoàn vô đạo đức cần phải được ngăn chặn nếu việc kéo dài các thực hành kinh doanh vô đạo đức không thể tiếp tục. Việc nuôi dưỡng một thế hệ lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp đứng lên vì tính toàn vẹn đạo đức có thể xảy ra khi tâm trí và trái tim kiên quyết chọn hành vi ‘toàn vẹn’. Một nhóm sinh viên năm ba về đạo đức kinh doanh đã tham gia vào một trải nghiệm học tập mà thách thức họ theo cách hệ thống nhằm hiểu được tác động thường phức tạp nhưng liên kết của các nguyên tắc đạo đức và thực hành kinh doanh vô đạo đức, được lọc qua sự kiểm tra các giá trị riêng của họ. Các phát hiện sơ bộ cho thấy có giá trị trong việc sử dụng phương pháp học tập trải nghiệm, vì nó cung cấp cho sinh viên cơ hội để xác định la bàn đạo đức của họ trước, chuẩn bị cho các thách thức trong việc ra quyết định đạo đức có thể xảy ra trong sự nghiệp doanh nghiệp của họ.
