Quản lý thiếu máu chi nghiêm trọng cấp tính bao gồm các phương pháp phẫu thuật như lấy huyết khối qua da, ghép mạch, điều trị hút huyết khối, tiêu sợi huyết và lấy huyết khối bằng cơ học, tiếp theo là điều trị nguyên nhân nền.
