Special features of magnetoresistance in nanostructural diamond compacts
Tóm tắt
The results of the investigation into the behavior of resistivity of nanostructural diamond composites produced by thermobaric treatment of various nanodiamond powders over a wide range of temperatures and external magnetic fields have been considered. It has been found that the conductivity of nanostructural diamond compacts does not depend on the presence of impurity atoms in samples and may be caused by the presence of dislocations, which play the role of acceptor centers. The effects of positive and negative magnetoresistances have been revealed, which may depend on an increase of the contribution of quantum corrections to ohmic loss at low temperature.
