Nhiều ứng dụng trong khoa học và kỹ thuật liên quan đến vật liệu xốp, nơi mà chất lỏng xói mòn chất rắn hoặc hóa học hoặc cơ học và vận chuyển các hạt nhỏ hơn qua các không gian lỗ lớn hơn của chất rắn còn lại. Trong cơ học đất, quá trình này được gọi là xói mòn. Trong đá, sự xói mòn chủ yếu là do sự hòa tan hóa học. Bất kể hình thức mà chất rắn bị xói mòn, các hạt nhỏ hơn nhiều sẽ hòa trộn với chất lỏng tinh khiết để tạo thành một chất lỏng đặc có khối lượng riêng lớn hơn chất lỏng tinh khiết nhưng nhỏ hơn chất rắn nguyên vẹn. Khi chất rắn mất đi khối lượng, độ xốp của nó tăng lên và các tính chất cơ học của nó bị suy giảm, từ đó ảnh hưởng đến độ biến dạng và phản ứng dòng chảy chất lỏng của hệ thống. Bài báo này thiết lập các phương trình động học phức tạp và bảo toàn governing tương tác giữa chất rắn và chất lỏng có sự xói mòn nội tại. Chúng tôi sử dụng định nghĩa cổ điển $$\varvec{u}/p$$, trong đó $$\varvec{u}$$ là độ dịch chuyển của chất rắn còn lại và p là áp suất trong chất lỏng đặc. Chúng tôi tập trung vào trường hợp xói mòn hóa học trong đá, nơi mà các hạt bị xói mòn nhỏ đến nỗi có thể bỏ qua bề mặt giữa chúng và chất lỏng tinh khiết. Sau đó, chúng tôi trình bày các ví dụ số thể hiện các quá trình dòng chảy và biến dạng trong vật liệu xốp bị ảnh hưởng bởi xói mòn nội tại.
