Rối loạn sử dụng mạng xã hội và cảm giác cô đơn: có mối liên hệ nào giữa hai yếu tố này không? Kết quả từ một nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên người lớn ở Lebanon

Tóm tắt Đặt vấn đề Tại Lebanon, đã có những nghiên cứu cho thấy rối loạn tâm thần phổ biến trong cộng đồng. Người dân Lebanon là những người sử dụng tích cực các nền tảng mạng xã hội. Đến nay, chưa có nghiên cứu nào khám phá mối quan hệ giữa sức khỏe tâm thần và rối loạn sử dụng mạng xã hội tại Lebanon. Nghiên cứu hiện tại nhằm tìm hiểu thêm về mối liên hệ giữa rối loạn sử dụng mạng xã hội và cảm giác cô đơn ở người dân Lebanon. Phương pháp Nghiên cứu cắt ngang này được thực hiện trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 1 đến tháng 12 năm 2018. Nghiên cứu đã ghi nhận 456 cư dân trong cộng đồng được chọn ngẫu nhiên từ các tỉnh của Lebanon theo tỉ lệ tương ứng. Kết quả Kết quả cho thấy có 107 (23,7%) người tham gia được phân loại là có rối loạn sử dụng mạng xã hội. Kết quả của hồi quy tuyến tính từng bước, sử dụng điểm cảm giác cô đơn làm biến phụ thuộc, cho thấy rằng giới tính nữ so với nam (Beta = 0,42), có trình độ giáo dục trung học so với mù chữ (Beta = 0,65), rối loạn sử dụng mạng xã hội cao hơn (Beta = 0,03), chứng mất ngủ cao hơn (Beta = 0,02) và alexithymia cao hơn (Beta = 0,02) đều có liên quan đáng kể với mức độ cảm giác cô đơn cao hơn.
