Giới trẻ sống trên đường phố là một nhóm có nguy cơ cao trong việc chấp nhận tiêm chích như một phương thức sử dụng thuốc. Việc ngăn chặn sự chuyển đổi sang tiêm chích trong nhóm thanh niên này là một ưu tiên công cộng quan trọng.
