Nghiên cứu mô phỏng reservoir địa nhiệt Cretaceous hạ cho lưu trữ năng lượng nhiệt dưới aquifer

Lưu trữ năng lượng nhiệt dưới aquifer (ATES) đã thu hút được sự chú ý ở một số quốc gia như một giải pháp lắp đặt nhằm tăng cường hiệu quả năng lượng của các hệ thống địa nhiệt và sử dụng nhiệt thải. Reservoir Cretaceous hạ được biết đến là một trong những khu vực tiềm năng nhất cho mục đích địa nhiệt ở Ba Lan. Tuy nhiên, phần phía nam của Chảo Mogilno–Łódź (Trung Ba Lan) được coi là có tiềm năng địa nhiệt thấp hơn. Dự kiến tiềm năng lắng đọng sẽ tăng cho aragonit và calcit cùng với sự gia tăng nhiệt độ, trong khi lắng đọng silic mang lại rủi ro nhỏ hơn nhiều. Bài báo trình bày tiềm năng cho các hệ thống ATES trong reservoir Cretaceous hạ của khu vực nghiên cứu, với vị trí đôi tốt nhất có tỷ lệ phục hồi nhiệt là 0.47 và 0.34 cho kịch bản chênh lệch nhiệt độ 30 và 40 K. Sự mất cân bằng trong việc bơm/năng lượng sản xuất trong hệ thống lưu trữ có thể khiến reservoir lạnh nhanh hơn so với lắp đặt làm nóng địa nhiệt thông thường.
