Abstract. A simple and rapid procedure for the separation of human T and non‐T lymphocytes is described, based upon an existing technique and using Ficoll‐Metrizoate. It offers high cell yields, maintenance of a good vitality and an efficacious separation of the lymphocyte populations mentioned.
