Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là điều tra giá trị của nồng độ peptid tự do N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic (NT-proBNP) trong huyết thanh ở bệnh nhân nhồi máu cơ tim ST (STEMI) để dự đoán sự phục hồi đoạn ST (STR) sau khi can thiệp động mạch vành qua da (pPCI). Các bệnh nhân STEMI liên tiếp (n = 218) đã trải qua pPCI được phân thành nhóm STR (≥ 50 % phục hồi) hoặc nhóm không STR (< 50 % phục hồi). Tất cả bệnh nhân được theo dõi trong 12 tháng, và các sự kiện tim mạch bất lợi lớn được ghi nhận.
