Thiếu Selenium Liên Quan Đến Căng Thẳng Lưới Nội Đệm Trong Mô Hình Rắn Bệnh Tim Mạch

Mối quan hệ giữa việc thiếu selenium (Se) gây ra rối loạn chức năng tim và căng thẳng lưới nội đệm (ER) còn chưa được hiểu rõ. Trong nghiên cứu này, 18 chú chuột Sprague Dawley vừa cai sữa đã được cho ăn ngẫu nhiên với ba chế độ ăn Se khác nhau, và hoạt tính glutathione peroxidase (GPx) của cơ tim đã được đo bằng thử nghiệm hoạt tính enzyme. Chức năng tim được đánh giá bằng các thông số huyết động học. Các dấu hiệu căng thẳng ER như protein gắn với immunoglobulin (BiP)/protein điều hòa glucose 78 (GRP78) và protein tương đồng C/EBP (CHOP) đã được phát hiện bằng phương pháp western blotting.
