Sàng lọc huyết khối tĩnh mạch ở bệnh nhân COVID-19

Tần suất xảy ra huyết khối phổi và huyết khối tĩnh mạch sâu ở những bệnh nhân nhập viện do COVID-19 là rất cao, đặc biệt là ở những bệnh nhân điều trị tại đơn vị chăm sóc đặc biệt (ICU) và rất cao ở những bệnh nhân sử dụng oxy hóa màng ngoài cơ thể (ECMO). Chúng tôi đã tiến hành một cuộc tổng quan tài liệu để đánh giá tính hữu ích của việc sàng lọc huyết khối tĩnh mạch ngoại vi hoặc huyết khối phổi ở những bệnh nhân nhập viện do COVID-19. Ngoài môi trường ICU, sự gia tăng D-dimer khi nhập viện hoặc tăng rõ rệt so với mức nền cần cảnh báo về việc cần thực hiện siêu âm Doppler tĩnh mạch chi dưới. Trong môi trường ICU, cần xem xét việc sàng lọc
