Bài báo này khám phá phạm vi dịch vụ và những thách thức trong việc triển khai Ngân hàng Thời gian tại Ấn Độ. Một nghiên cứu định tính đã được thực hiện thông qua các cuộc phỏng vấn điện thoại bán cấu trúc với 20 người tham gia trong độ tuổi từ 18 đến 35. Phân tích chủ đề đã phát hiện ra bốn chủ đề chính: Dịch vụ, Thách thức và hạn chế của Ngân hàng Thời gian, Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi tìm kiếm sự giúp đỡ, và Động lực cộng đồng và giới tính. Những người tham gia đã bày tỏ sự quan tâm đến việc cung cấp nhiều loại dịch vụ, từ các công việc gia đình đến các dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp.
