Role of the New PHACOMP Method in the Development and Production of Nickel Superalloys. Its Correction for Last-Generation Single-Crystal Alloys
Tóm tắt
The character of changing the M(
$$\bar {d}$$
)γ criterion, which is used in the New PHACOMP method and determines the ability of nickel superalloys to form embrittling TCP phases, is determined, and new methods for optimizing their compositions are proposed. They reliably ensure the absence of the phases in the structure of these materials depending on the alloy composition and the dendritic segregation retained after heat treatment. A technique is proposed to adjust the composition of nickel superalloy intended for operation at very high temperatures (1050–1150°C) under conditions of significantly dissolved strengthening γ' phase.
