The collaboration of enterprises to gain the maximum profit is the trend of the modern enterprise. In today's economy the competition is shifting from individual company performance to supply chain performance. In the customers-orient market strategy, service is not only the last phase of a product life, but also exists through out the whole life cycle. The service for the supply chain's end-customer is not only the duty of the last chain enterprise, but is also the whole supply chain business. The supply chain consists of a service chain to serve the customers. This paper discusses the form and main content of a service chain and an integration scheme of the service chain management platform. Finally, some of the problems needed to be solved in the subsequent research are outlined.
