Các mô phôi sinh của loài thông Pinus nigra Arn. đã được bảo quản bằng phương pháp đông lạnh chậm. Ảnh hưởng của các hợp chất bảo vệ đông lạnh như maltose, sucrose hoặc sorbitol (mỗi loại 0,5 M) kết hợp với 7,5% (v/v) DMSO đã được kiểm tra.
