Một đề xuất chính sách cấm hút thuốc trong các khu nhà công cộng đã nhận được sự ủng hộ, nhưng vẫn chưa rõ những nhóm bị ảnh hưởng nhất định, cụ thể là những người hút thuốc trong các căn hộ, cảm nhận về chính sách này như thế nào.
