Tiến bộ và Thử thách trong Chính sách Bình đẳng Giới Dựa trên Bằng Chứng: Tập trung vào Mỹ Latinh và Caribê

Phụ nữ ở Mỹ Latinh và Caribê (LAC) đã đạt được những tiến bộ quan trọng trong việc tham gia lao động trong thế kỷ qua. Tuy nhiên, khoảng cách về giới trong lao động vẫn chủ yếu ổn định trong 10 năm qua. Chúng tôi phản ánh về những khoảng cách còn lại ở LAC thể hiện điều gì. Để làm điều đó, chúng tôi giới thiệu một góc nhìn theo chu trình cuộc sống để mô tả những khoảng cách giới trong khu vực. Chúng tôi chỉ ra một số mẫu kết nối khoảng cách giới trong tham gia lực lượng lao động ở người lớn với các lựa chọn sớm trong cuộc đời.
