Phytoplankton của cửa sông Amur (Biển Okhotsk) trong các mùa hè năm 2005–2007

Tóm tắt

Thành phần định tính của vi tảo phù du tại cửa sông Amur (trong Biển Okhotsk) đã được nghiên cứu vào tháng 7 năm 2005, tháng 6 năm 2006 và tháng 6 năm 2007. Khối lượng sinh khối và sự phong phú của phù du thực vật đã được nghiên cứu lần đầu tiên. Mật độ tế bào trung bình của vi tảo dao động từ 194700 đến 855100 tế bào/lít, cao hơn vào năm 2006 so với năm 2005 và 2007. Khối lượng sinh khối trung bình của cộng đồng thay đổi từ 1.06 g/m3 vào năm 2007 đến 3.17 g/m3 vào năm 2006. Phân tích sự tương đồng của thành phần loài và mật độ tế bào của phù du thực vật cho thấy có hai nhóm trạm: nhóm thứ nhất bao gồm các trạm ở vùng bắc và trung của cửa sông Amur; nhóm thứ hai bao gồm các trạm ở vùng nam và trung. Nhóm thứ nhất được đặc trưng bởi sự thống trị của tảo kính nước ngọt và mật độ cao của tảo xanh và tảo xanh lục lam, trong khi nhóm thứ hai được đặc trưng bởi sự thống trị của vi tảo biển. Mật độ tế bào và khối lượng sinh khối cao của phù du thực vật là do lượng chất dinh dưỡng tăng lên thông qua dòng chảy nước của sông Amur.
