Tóm tắt

Phosphoglycerolipid là những thành phần cấu trúc thiết yếu của màng và một số cũng có vai trò quan trọng trong tín hiệu tế bào. Trong bài đánh giá này, chúng tôi tập trung vào phosphoglycerolipid là các chất trung gian trong quá trình truyền tín hiệu hormone ở thực vật. Đầu tiên, chúng tôi mô tả cấu trúc của các phosphoglycerolipid tín hiệu chính và các con đường trao đổi chất tạo ra chúng, tức là các con đường phospholipase và lipid kinase. Phân tích in silico dữ liệu transcriptome của Arabidopsis cung cấp bằng chứng rằng các gen mã hóa enzyme của các con đường này được điều chỉnh phiên mã để đáp ứng với hormone, cho thấy một số liên hệ với quá trình truyền tín hiệu hormone. Sự tham gia của tín hiệu phosphoglycerolipid trong các phản ứng sớm với axit abscisic, axit salicylic và auxin sau đó được mô tả chi tiết. Một trong những lipid tín hiệu quan trọng nhất trong thực vật là axit phosphatidic. Nó có thể kích hoạt hoặc làm mất hoạt tính của các protein kinase và/hoặc protein phosphatase có liên quan trong truyền tín hiệu hormone. Nó cũng có thể kích hoạt NADPH oxidase dẫn đến sự sản xuất các loài oxy phản ứng. Chúng tôi sẽ điều tra các cơ chế cho phép sự kích hoạt/làm mất hoạt tính của các con đường lipid, đặc biệt là vai trò của protein G và canxi. Các lipid trung gian do đó xuất hiện như những nhân tố chủ chốt trong tín hiệu tế bào, điều chỉnh, nếu không nói là kiểm soát, các bước truyền tín hiệu lớn của hormone.
