Sự an toàn và lành mạnh trong thực phẩm đang ngày càng được người tiêu dùng quan tâm. Những loại thực phẩm nhạy cảm với oxy hiện có thể được bảo vệ tốt hơn nhờ vào các phim scavenging oxy, một công nghệ mới nổi giúp kéo dài thời gian bảo quản và duy trì chất lượng cũng như độ tươi ngon của sản phẩm thực phẩm. Việc sử dụng các vật liệu hấp thụ oxy trong bao bì đang trở thành một xu hướng hiện nay trong bao bì chủ động, đặc biệt là bao bì thực phẩm. Một số phim scavenging oxy đã chứng tỏ khả năng hấp thụ oxy xuất sắc và trở thành những thành công thương mại. Ở đây, chúng tôi sẽ xem xét về các phim scavenging oxy được sử dụng trong bao bì thực phẩm, chẳng hạn như các tác nhân hấp thụ oxy tự nhiên mới và các phim rào cản hoạt động.
