Tóm tắt

Pancreatic cancer is a highly lethal malignancy that often presents at an advanced stage. Surgical resection can prolong survival and offers the only potential for cure. However, pancreatectomy is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. This article reviews perioperative outcomes, post‐resection long‐term survival, and innovations in the surgical management of pancreatic cancer. J. Surg.
