Đánh giá này nhằm đánh giá kết quả của CBMP đối với chất lượng dữ liệu y tế tại các cơ sở y tế công cộng của Tiểu bang Quốc gia Amhara, Ethiopia.Phương phápMột thiết kế đánh giá nhóm so sánh được ghép cặp với phương pháp hỗn hợp giải thích theo trình tự đã được sử dụng để đánh giá kết quả của CBMP đối với chất lượng dữ liệu. Tổng cộng 23 cơ sở y tế từ nhóm can thiệp và 17 cơ sở y tế so sánh từ một quận được chọn ngẫu nhiên đã được sử dụng cho đánh giá này. Khung đánh giá của Tổ chức Hợp tác và Phát triển Kinh tế (OECD) với các tiêu chí liên quan, hiệu quả và tác động đã được sử dụng để đo lường kết quả của chương trình bằng phương pháp đánh giá. Hiệu ứng điều trị trung bình của chương trình đối với chất lượng dữ liệu được ước tính bằng phương pháp ghép cặp điểm xác suất (PSM).Kết quảKết quả tổng thể của CBMP được xác định là 90,75%. Trung bình chất lượng dữ liệu tại cơ sở y tế can thiệp là 89,06% [95% CI: 84,23, 93,88], có sự khác biệt trung bình có ý nghĩa với các cơ sở y tế so sánh (66,5% [95% CI: 57,9–75]). Ngoài ra, CBMP đã tăng cường chất lượng dữ liệu của các cơ sở thí điểm thêm 27,75 điểm phần trăm [95% CI: 17,94, 37,58] theo ghép cặp gần nhất. Dữ liệu định tính cũng ghi nhận rằng có vấn đề về chất lượng dữ liệu tại các cơ sở y tế và CBMP đã cải thiện khoảng cách chất lượng dữ liệu giữa các cơ sở y tế can thiệp.Kết luậnKết quả của CBMP rất đáng hài lòng. Chương trình đã nâng cao hiệu quả chất lượng dữ liệu tại các cơ sở y tế. Do đó, các phát hiện của đánh giá này có thể được các nhà hoạch định chính sách, những người thực hiện chương trình và các tổ chức tài trợ sử dụng để mở rộng chương trình nhằm cải thiện chất lượng dữ liệu y tế tổng thể cho việc nâng cao kết quả y tế.
