Lĩnh vực cờ bạc vấn đề đã lịch sử không gắn kết với trải nghiệm cộng đồng về cờ bạc và những người da màu, dẫn đến sự thiếu tích hợp những người có kinh nghiệm thực tế vào các chương trình.
