U nang xương dạng osteoid (OO) là một khối u xương nhỏ khá phổ biến ở những đối tượng trẻ, thường liên quan đến vùng hông. Ngoài các phát hiện điển hình, chúng tôi nhấn mạnh những đặc điểm lâm sàng và hình ảnh không nghi ngờ, bao gồm OO không gây đau dẫn đến dáng đi khập khiễng, không nhìn thấy tổn thương hoàn toàn được khoáng hóa, không có hiện tượng tăng xương hay phù nề lân cận, và tái phát xa nơi ban đầu. Chúng tôi cũng thảo luận về tùy chọn điều trị nội khoa cho một số trường hợp ở vùng hông sâu.
