Tóm tắt
Hiện nay được coi là một bệnh nghề nghiệp, hội chứng kiệt sức ảnh hưởng đến 13–27% dân số lao động trong nhiều lĩnh vực nghề nghiệp của thế giới hiện đại. Xem xét hội chứng kiệt sức từ góc độ mới của khái niệm y học dự đoán, phòng ngừa, cá nhân hóa như một thực thể bệnh lý có sự xuất hiện và tiến triển có thể dự đoán, cho phép tiếp cận phòng ngừa và điều trị cá nhân hóa, mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu là nhấn mạnh khả năng can thiệp tâm lý trị liệu để tạo ra các thay đổi tâm lý đo lường nhằm giảm thiểu mức độ kiệt sức của các y tá trong bệnh viện. Thiết kế nghiên cứu là thực nghiệm, biến độc lập là sự tham gia hoặc không tham gia của các y tá trong các buổi trị liệu tâm lý mà tại đó các kỹ thuật tâm lý kịch cổ điển được sử dụng một cách độc đáo. Các y tá đã được xác định trước đó có mức độ kiệt sức trung bình hoặc cao tham gia vào nghiên cứu lâm sàng, được chia thành hai nhóm: nhóm thực nghiệm, với các phiên 150 phút hàng tuần, và nhóm đối chứng, không có can thiệp nào. Các bảng câu hỏi trước và sau can thiệp được áp dụng cho các thành viên của cả hai nhóm. Phân tích thống kê sự khác biệt giữa trước và sau can thiệp cho thấy (a) mức độ kiệt sức cá nhân và mức kiệt sức do điều kiện làm việc giảm đi và (b) sự giảm đi của trầm cảm và lo âu trên bốn khía cạnh (tự nhận thức, căng thẳng, lo âu tiềm ẩn và lo âu tổng quát). Phương pháp tâm lý kịch cổ điển có thể là một giải pháp hiệu quả trong việc phòng ngừa và điều trị hội chứng kiệt sức. Tiếp cận đa ngành theo khái niệm PPPM, bao gồm các thay đổi về các yếu tố môi trường trong khuôn khổ chuyên môn kết hợp với các chương trình kiểm soát căng thẳng, có thể là các giải pháp hứa hẹn cho việc quản lý hội chứng này.
