Chúng tôi nhằm mục tiêu so sánh vi khuẩn miệng và vi khuẩn gây bệnh trong các nhiễm trùng huyết (BSIs) trong cấy ghép tế bào gốc tạo máu đồng loại (allo-HSCT). Chúng tôi cũng nghiên cứu mối quan hệ giữa BSIs và viêm niêm mạc miệng để xác định tỷ lệ BSIs do vi khuẩn miệng gây ra và vi khuẩn gây bệnh liên quan. Chúng tôi đã thu thập dữ liệu về BSIs ở 96 bệnh nhân đã trải qua allo-HSCT tại viện của chúng tôi trong khoảng thời gian từ tháng 4 năm 2009 đến tháng 12 năm 2019, bao gồm các tác nhân gây BSI được phân lập từ mẫu cấy máu (BBSIs) và vi khuẩn phân lập từ việc rửa khoang miệng bằng nước cất vô trùng. Các vi khuẩn miệng thu được vào thời điểm khởi phát BSI (OBSIs) và trong quá trình allo-HSCT (OSCTs) được xác định là các chủng được thu thập trong tuần cấy máu. Việc tham gia nghiên cứu được giới hạn đối với các mẫu được thu thập trong vòng 1 tháng sau allo-HSCT và không có BSI. Khi BBSI và OBSI giống nhau, chúng tôi coi vi khuẩn miệng là nguyên nhân gây ra BSI. Tỷ lệ mắc BSIs là 27%, và vi khuẩn phổ biến nhất là Staphylococci không tạo đông tụ. Hệ vi khuẩn bình thường đã giảm xuống còn 15.8% trong OBSIs và 25.5% trong OSCTs. Sự phân bố vi khuẩn không có hệ vi khuẩn bình thường cho thấy sự khác biệt đáng kể giữa BBSIs và OSCTs (p < 0.05). Viêm niêm mạc miệng được phát hiện ở 72.9%, và BSI do vi khuẩn miệng gây ra xảy ra trong 46.2% các BSI ở bệnh nhân allo-HSCT. Sự phân bố vi khuẩn được thu thập từ máu ở bệnh nhân có BSI trong quá trình allo-HSCT được tìm thấy tương tự như vi khuẩn từ các mẫu nuôi cấy miệng. Việc theo dõi vi khuẩn miệng có thể dự đoán được BSI trong quá trình allo-HSCT.
