Kiểm soát Tối ưu Viêm gan B ở khu vực nông thôn thuộc châu Phi cận Sahara

Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi cải tiến mô hình được đề xuất trong tài liệu [13] bằng cách kết hợp ảnh hưởng của trạng thái kháng nguyên bề mặt viêm gan B (HBeAg) của mẹ lên việc truyền nhiễm từ mẹ sang con. Chúng tôi sử dụng mô hình cải tiến để khớp với các báo cáo về trường hợp nhiễm HBV mới tại tỉnh Chiết Giang, Trung Quốc. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi cũng dự đoán diễn biến của nhiễm viêm gan B (HBV) tại khu vực này của Trung Quốc và tại Tokombere, nơi nằm ở khu vực châu Phi cận Sahara (SSA). Hơn nữa, chúng tôi áp dụng các kỹ thuật kiểm soát tối ưu nhằm xem xét lại tác động của việc tiêm vaccine cho trẻ sơ sinh, tiêm vaccine toàn cầu và điều trị cho các người mang mầm bệnh mãn tính trong việc ngăn ngừa nhiễm HBV. Kết quả mô phỏng cho thấy rằng việc điều trị chỉ đóng vai trò nhỏ trong chiến lược tối ưu, trong khi việc tiêm chủng là một biện pháp hiệu quả. Mặt khác, chúng chỉ ra rằng các biện pháp kiểm soát và chương trình tiêm chủng đã được triển khai ở tỉnh Chiết Giang là hiệu quả. Bên cạnh đó, chúng cũng gợi ý rằng tại SSA, một gói chính sách tập trung vào việc tiêm vaccine liều sơ sinh cần được thực hiện.
