Ophthalmic segment aneurysm simulating normal tension glaucoma
Tóm tắt
A diagnosis of glaucoma is made in the presence of a characteristic form of optic neuropathy and visual field defect, with some regard to intraocular pressure. We encountered a case of compressive optic neuropathy caused by an aneurysm of the ophthalmic segment, which presented with signs suggestive of normal tension glaucoma. To our knowledge, this mode of presentation of an ophthalmic aneurysm has not been previously described.
