Tóm tắt

Efficiency is discussed of operative hydrodynamic forecasts of meteorological quantities and weather characteristics at the points. Efficiency of hydrodynamic forecasts exceeds that of synoptic forecasts. This allows introducing detailed operative hydrodynamic forecasting of weather at the points.
