Các chiều triệu chứng Rối loạn Ám ảnh – Cưỡng chế và Mối liên hệ của chúng với Niềm tin Ám ảnh: Phân tích Mô hình Phương trình Cấu trúc

Các niềm tin rối loạn chức năng là yếu tố trung tâm trong sự phát triển và duy trì rối loạn ám ảnh – cưỡng chế (OCD) cũng như trong quá trình điều trị. Tuy nhiên, nghiên cứu cho thấy không phải tất cả các niềm tin rối loạn chức năng đều có tầm quan trọng như nhau đối với mỗi chiều triệu chứng của OCD. Hơn nữa, các kết quả thường không nhất quán, vì các nghiên cứu mâu thuẫn với nhau về mối liên hệ giữa các chiều triệu chứng cụ thể và các lĩnh vực niềm tin. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu hiện tại là làm rõ lĩnh vực niềm tin nào cụ thể liên quan đến chiều triệu chứng nào của OCD. Kết quả có thể giúp điều chỉnh các phương pháp điều trị cụ thể hơn cho chiều triệu chứng OCD của bệnh nhân. Các bệnh nhân nội trú và ngoại trú mắc OCD (N = 328; 43.6% nam và 56.4% nữ) đã hoàn thành bảng câu hỏi về các chiều triệu chứng của OCD (Bảng điều tra Ám ảnh – Cưỡng chế Đã sửa đổi) và các niềm tin rối loạn chức năng (Bảng câu hỏi Niềm tin Ám ảnh). Một phân tích mô hình phương trình cấu trúc đã được thực hiện để xác định các mối liên hệ giữa niềm tin rối loạn chức năng và các chiều triệu chứng. Kết quả của chúng tôi cho thấy (1) chủ nghĩa hoàn hảo / không dung thứ cho sự không chắc chắn có liên quan đến sự tích trữ và sự đối xứng / sắp xếp, (2) sự đánh giá quá mức về mối đe dọa / trách nhiệm phóng đại có liên quan đến các cơn cưỡng chế kiểm tra, và (3) tầm quan trọng của suy nghĩ / kiểm soát suy nghĩ có liên quan đến sự ám ảnh.
