Bài báo này nghiên cứu vấn đề điều khiển bề mặt động thích ứng (DSC) cho một lớp hệ phi tuyến không chắc chắn với phản hồi nghiêm ngặt, có các hệ số điều khiển chưa biết và đầu vào suy diễn tĩnh học. Đầu tiên, một bộ quan sát trạng thái mạng nơ-ron (NN) được xây dựng để ước lượng các trạng thái không thể đo được. Thứ hai, bằng cách tận dụng khả năng xấp xỉ của mạng nơron cơ sở phân phối (RBF-NNs) và kỹ thuật điều khiển backstepping, một sơ đồ điều khiển theo dõi thích ứng được phát triển, đảm bảo rằng tất cả các tín hiệu vòng kín đều bị giới hạn một cách đồng nhất và gần đúng (SGUUB). Trong khi đó, kỹ thuật DSC được giới thiệu để tránh vấn đề phức tạp trong quy trình điều khiển backstepping.
