Người cao tuổi béo phì thường mắc nhiều bệnh mãn tính dẫn đến nhiều lần gặp gỡ trong hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe. Tuy nhiên, mức độ hài lòng và trải nghiệm của họ với dịch vụ chăm sóc chưa được hiểu rõ. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là khảo sát tác động độc lập của béo phì lên sự hài lòng và trải nghiệm của bệnh nhân với dịch vụ chăm sóc ở những người từ 65 tuổi trở lên có bảo hiểm Medigap.
