Normale Serumproteine wurden mittels Elektromagnetophorese in Zellulose-Azetatgel ausgeführt, wobei keine Trennung der einzelnen Proteine erfolgte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass Serumproteine keine paramagnetischen Eigenschaften aufweisen.
