Tóm tắt Giới thiệu Viêm mãn tính trong bệnh viêm ruột có thể dẫn đến ung thư đại tràng, hay còn gọi là ung thư đại trực tràng liên quan đến viêm ruột (CACRC). Các nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra rằng CACRC liên quan đến stress oxy hóa và sự tiết ra nhiều cytokine pro-inflammatory, chẳng hạn như yếu tố hoại tử khối u-α. Gần đây, chúng tôi đã chứng minh rằng việc sử dụng các phức hợp vàng(III) giúp làm giảm tình trạng viêm đại tràng cấp tính ở chuột. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu hiện tại là đánh giá tác dụng chống khối u của một loạt phức hợp vàng(III) mới: TGS 121, 404, 512, 701, 702, và 703. Nguyên liệu Các phức hợp vàng(III) được phân tích đã được sàng lọc trong các nghiên cứu in vitro sử dụng các dòng tế bào ung thư đại trực tràng và tế bào biểu mô đại tràng bình thường, SW480, HT-29, và CCD 841 CoN, và in vivo, trong mô hình chuột CACRC. Kết quả Trong tất cả các phức hợp được thử nghiệm, TGS 121, 404, và 702 thể hiện tác dụng chống khối u mạnh nhất trong thí nghiệm độ sống sót tế bào ung thư đại trực tràng in vitro và trong mô hình CACRC in vivo, trong đó các phức hợp này đã giảm tổng số khối u đại tràng và điểm số vi mô. Chúng tôi cũng chứng minh rằng cơ chế hoạt động liên quan đến hệ thống chống oxy hóa enzym và các cytokine viêm. Kết luận TGS 121, 404, và 702 có tiềm năng chống khối u và là một lựa chọn điều trị hấp dẫn cho ung thư đại trực tràng.
