Bài viết này phân tích chính sách giáo dục trong khung Sáng kiến Vành đai và Con đường (BRI) của Trung Quốc thông qua tiếp cận diễn ngôn chính sách phê bình. Ở cấp độ văn bản, bài báo tập trung vào việc định hình chính sách bằng cách xác định cách các khung chuẩn đoán (định nghĩa vấn đề), dự đoán (giải pháp) và động viên (cơ sở lý luận) được mô tả trong hai tài liệu chính sách giáo dục BRI cơ bản. Tiếp theo, sáu tài liệu chính sách bổ sung được chọn để xây dựng một tổng thể diễn ngôn nhằm hiểu cách các khung này liên kết và được lồng ghép trong thực hành diễn ngôn rộng lớn hơn của các tài liệu chính sách.
