Mô Hình Tác Động Của Chương Trình Tiêm Chủng Và Di Chuyển Giữa Các Bang Đến Sự Lây Lan Của COVID-19 Tại Malaysia

Một phiên bản chỉnh sửa của mô hình SEIR với tác động của tiêm chủng và di chuyển giữa các bang đã được đề xuất để mô phỏng sự lây lan của COVID-19 tại Malaysia. Một phân tích toán học của mô hình đã được thực hiện để suy diễn số sinh sản cơ bản. Để nâng cao khả năng dự đoán của mô hình, các tham số của mô hình được ước lượng bằng phương pháp đơn hình Nelder–Mead thông qua việc điều chỉnh đầu ra của mô hình với dữ liệu quan sát được. Kết quả của chúng tôi cho thấy sự phù hợp tốt giữa đầu ra của mô hình và dữ liệu có sẵn, nơi mà mô hình sau đó có khả năng thực hiện các dự đoán ngắn hạn. Phù hợp với chương trình tiêm chủng nhanh chóng, mô hình của chúng tôi dự đoán rằng số ca COVID-19 trong nước sẽ giảm vào cuối tháng Tám. Hơn nữa, các phát hiện của chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng việc nới lỏng các hạn chế đi lại từ một khu vực có tỷ lệ tiêm chủng cao đến một khu vực có tỷ lệ tiêm chủng thấp sẽ dẫn đến một đợt bùng phát dịch bệnh.
